Snow and ice created slick road conditions

BILLINGS, Montana – The Billings Gazette reports that a Billings Fire Department fire engine crashed Friday on Highway 87 East after losing control on an icy bend and hitting a curb.

The truck came to a rest off the road while responding to a crash on I-90, Fire Marshal Mike Spini wrote in a press release.

Three firefighters were transported by ambulance to St. Vincent Healthcare as a precautionary measure.
