91-Year-Old Missing as Colorado Fire Damage Estimate Grows to Over 1,000 Homes

Officials in Colorado Friday night raised their estimate of the number of homes destroyed in the devastating Boulder County wildfires to more than 1,000.

Meanwhile, a 91-year-old Superior woman was reported missing from her family, KDVR reports, and they fear ehs may be the first casualty from the fires. Fueled by high winds, the fires moved quickly through Superior and Louisville and surrounding areas Thursday, covering an estimated 6,000 acres.
