12-Year-Old Crashes Stolen Kia Into OH Fire Truck; Four Guns Recovered from Stolen Car

A 12-year-old was at the wheel of a stolen Kia that crashed into a Columbus fire truck over the weekend, injuring four firefighters and five others in the stolen vehicle, ABC 6 reports.

The car that was reported stolen was southbound on Clara Street approaching East 11th Avenue when it passed several stopped vehicles and ran into the fire truck, which was responding to a call with lights and sirens.

In addition to the 12-year-old boy, the Kia contained five teenagers between ages 14 and 16, ABC 6 reports. Police also recovered four guns from the vehilce.

Four firefighters were treated for injuries in the crash. No injuries were serious.
