VIDEO: Two-Alarm House Fire in North Whitehall Township (PA)

At 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, the Whitehall Township (PA) Fire Department was dispatched to a house fire at 2616 Levans Rd. in North Whitehall Township.

The Medic unit arrived first and reported fire and smoke showing, which sounded a second alarm. Whitehall Engine 4 was dispatched first-due on the second alarm and arrived as the first-due pumper.

Crews stretched a hand line to the rear of the 2.5-story duplex for heavy fire conditions. A total of four lines were stretched off the apparatus; a second line was stretched into the front door.

A total of two adults and four children were displaced from the fire, and the Red Cross was called for assistance.
