Tony Kollman – This fire occurred on the other side of my block. We could see the smoke and flames from our yard. I arrived on the scene before the emergency responders. Once I verified all concerned parties were safe and accounted for, I shot this footage, some of which was used by the Aberdeen American News and KSFY News at 10.
