San Bernardino CO FFs – Incident Video Release: On January 10, 2019 at 5:37am, SBCoFD responded to a residential structure fire in the 600 block of North G Street in the City of San Bernardino. Medic Engine 221 arrived on scene in approximately 5 minutes and reported heavy smoke and fire coming from the Alpha/Delta side of the structure. Medic Engine 221 initiated a transitional attack on the Delta side then made entry on Alpha, while truck crews supported the efforts from above. 

During 360 there were reports from home owners of possible occupants inside. Crews preformed a primary search, which checked clear. The fire was ultimately declared out approximately 40 minutes later. San Bernardino County Fire responded with 9 paramedic engines, 2 truck companies, 1 medic squad, 1 rescue, 2 battalion chiefs and 1 investigator for a total of 41 personnel. 

One civilian was evaluated and transported for minor injuries. No injuries to fire personnel. The cause is currently under investigation
