Fire crews from multiple agencies across the valley battled a massive 3rd alarm commercial building fire shortly after 3:00 a.m. near Dunlap and 25th Avenue.

The Phoenix Fire Department received reports of a fire in an office building and arrived to find a high volume of smoke and flames coming from the two-story office complex. Within minutes the entire structure was engulfed in flames.

The blaze was quickly balanced to a first alarm assignment triggering a massive response from fire crews across the valley. A second and third alarm balance of assignment was made before crews began to see significant fire control.

Firefighters remained on scene throughout the morning and into the midday extinguishing hotspots.

Fire investigators are currently working to determine a cause.

No injuries were reported during the incident.
