Orlando (FL) Firefighters Bring Christmas-in-July Cheer to AdventHealth Children’s Hospital

Orlando firefighters rappelled down the side of the AdventHealth Children’s Hospital Monday to spread some Christmas-in-July cheer to the children inside.

The hospital plans the summer event to lift the spirits of the patients who are undergoing treatment during the hot, summer months.

Firefighters used it as a chance to dust off their skills as they came down the side of the building carrying signs for the kids inside.

There was even an appearance from a summer Santa lifted up on the department’s ladder truck.
