On October 10th 2020 the Southington Fire Department was dispatched to 355 Atwater Street for a Structure Fire at 13:58.

Upon arrival of Car 3 a working structure fire was confirmed. Ladder 1 arrived first and laid the initial supply line to the C side of the building.

Squad 5 arrived second and finished the lay of supply line to secure water. Squad 5 consisting of a driver, officer, and firefighter, initiated fire attack with a 2.5inch line.

Crews worked to suppress fire in multiple locations in a tough factory setting.

Mutual aid was provided by New Britain, Bristol, Woloctt, Cheshire, and Plainville.
