BOUND BROOK, New Jersey — Firefighters battled a massive fire involving an apartment complex construction site on Sunday evening.

The fire began at approximately 8:00 p.m. at the construction site on Mountain Avenue and East Main Street.

The fire extended into three buildings nearby.
