Several departments responded to this fire in Carver

Quick Response Films

On December 11th 2020 at 18:57 Carver and Chaska Fire Departments were paged for a deck fire on Ramsey Ave.

Carver Captain 4 arrived on scene of a medium sized two story single family home with a working fire and requested a second alarm to be struck.

Crews worked in the defensive strategy due to the heavy fire conditions throughout the home and worked on protecting the neighboring structures.

A third alarm was struck at 19:38 for additional man power needed at the scene.

All fire units cleared the scene at 23:36, the cause of the fire is not yet determined. Responding agency’s were Carver, Chaska, Cologne, Chanhassen, Victoria, Eden Prairie, Shakopee, and Jordan Fire Departments along with Ridgeview Ambulance and the Carver County Sheriff’s Office.
