Multiple calls for a fire on
South Woodlawn Avenue

Los Angeles Fire Department companies were dispatched to a reported structure fire with multiple calls on the 4000 blk. of S. Woodlawn Ave.

Units assigned: Battalion 1, Task Force 15, Light Force 33, Engine 14, Engine 66 (canceled), Rescue 14, & LAPD.

E14 was first on scene of a one-story vacant bungalow, previous burn, with heavy smoke showing. E14 was primary fire attack with back-up from E15, LF33 went to the roof, LF15 assisted in forcible entry, and BC1 was “Woodlawn IC”.

Knockdown was called within 15 mins., unknown cause, no injuries reported.
