MC – Upper Freehold – 17 Nicholas Ct.

Around 1:00 PM on 4/22/21 multiple callers reported a house on fire in the area of 17 Nicholas Ct. in Upper Freehold. The Lakewood NJFFS Tower reported that they could see a solid column rising.

When crews arrived they noticed heavy fire throughout the home and upgraded the fire to a 2nd Alarm. Requesting for mutual aid and more manpower.

Shortly after the Chief called the 3rd Alarm with the collapse of the roof. Then it went to the 4th Alarm with heavy fire throughout and requesting for a Tanker Task Force and more mutual aid.

The fire was under control about an hour after that with the cause of the fire still unknown.
