Firefighter Helmet Cam: Pennsylvania First-Due House Fire

FireRescue5 50 – Station 50 as well as mutual aiding companies responded to a reported dwelling fire on Byerland Church Rd.

Engine 502 arrived with smoke showing, and crews took a line inside to knock down the fire.

The fire was in an Amish house, so there was some difficulties with getting the residents out and making them stay out.

Crews opened up the inside and checked for any extension, but didn’t find any.

After battling with the cold weather and all the ice on the ground, crews cleared after a few hours.
