Damage was estimated at $120,000 after a house fire early Sunday in the Masten Park neighborhood, Buffalo fire officials reported.

Firefighters were called to the scene at 150 Riley St., between Michigan and Masten avenues, about 5:15 a.m.

The blaze started on the first floor of the 2½-story residence, officials said, and spread to the second floor and the basement. The cause remains under investigation.
