Helmet cam video from Medic Engine 41
San Bernardino Co FFs – Incident Video Release: At 6:46 pm on January 15, 2020 ME 41 arrived on scene to find a single story residence with smoke and fire showing from the front and rear of the residence.
Multiple reports of explosions were heard coming from the structure prior to arrival.
Crews initially utilized a defensive strategy and ultimately transitioned to an offensive fire attack.
No other structures were damaged and the cause of the fire is under investigation. The fire was declared out in 26 mins with 11 personnel, 3 medic engines, 1 BC and 1 investigator.
No injuries were reported to suppression personnel or civilians.
