BELTSVILLE, Maryland – (ABC7) – A possible explosion at a Beltsville warehouse appears to have blown the side of the building off and has covered nearby vehicles in ash and soot.

SkyTrak7 was on the scene Friday morning around 8:20 a.m.

The warehouse appears to be a recycling center called Sun Services, which specializes in waste disposal, demolition recycling, commercial disposal, and green waste management, according to their website.

A side of the building has clearly been blown off and vehicles can be seen covered in ash and soot.

Prince George’s Fire and EMS said the building was evacuated, and there was another explosion inside after they arrived, which appeared to be a recycling unit. Thankfully, there were no injuries. The active fire inside has since been put out.
