North Ave. Fire (Bridgeport, CT) 12/28/20
BRIDGEPORT, CT – At 9:15am on December 28, 2020, the Bridgeport Fire Department was dispatched to 1105 North Avenue for a reported house fire. Ladder 5 arrived on scene to find smoke and fire showing from the 2nd floor on the C-side of a 2 1/2 story wood frame. All of the home’s occupants had made it out of the building safely and there were no reported injuries. In all, six adults and three children were displaced by the fire. This would be the 2nd of 3 fires the department would respond to on this day.
