Units from Baltimore City Fire Department responded to the 900 block of Mosher St. for a reported dwelling fire in a vacant building.

First arriving units had heavy fire showing from the third floor and roofline.

Crews began making an interior attack but faced deteriorating interior conditions, evacuation tones were sounded and units began exterior operations.
