Arson Probed in Early Morning Baltimore (MD) Fire that Injured Firefighter

A early morning fire on Monday that injured a Baltimore firefighter may have been a case of arson.

Investigators are looking into what started the dawn house fire in the 600 block of North Robinson Street in Elwood Park.

By the time firefighters arrived, flames were already showing from the second floor of the house.

Occupants of the house escaped the fire unharmed, but one firefighter suffered non-life-threatening injuries fighting the fire.

Police are investigating whether it is tied to weekend violence in the neighborhood.
