Video: Homes Evacuated During Washington Grain Silo Fire

ODESSA, Wash. (AP) – Fire burned a grain silo Tuesday night near Odessa, about 60 miles west of Spokane.

The silo – about half-filled with grain – was fully involved in flames about 8:30 p.m. when Lincoln County firefighters arrived.

KREM reports (http://is.gd/hGUAVz ) more than 40 nearby homes were evacuated for about an hour before the fire was controlled.
