SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) – A Vermont man is accused of breaking into a car belonging to an on-duty firefighter that was parked at the South Burlington Fire Department.
Police said they took Robert Mossey of Winooski into custody on an outstanding warrant after he was detained by firefighters.
Mossey was charged with operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent, unlawful mischief, driving with a suspended driver’s license and possession of burglary tools.
