The U.S. Fire Administration has announced the official on-duty death of Firefighter/Paramedic Frank D. Duff, Jr., 66, of the Columbus (OH) Division of Fire on September 19, 2021.

While on-duty, Firefighter/Paramedic Frank D. Duff, Jr., contracted COVID-19. He passed away from the virus on September 19, 2021.
