USFA: New York Firefighter Succumbs to Injuries

The U.S. Fire Administration has announced the official on-duty death of Firefighter Charlie V. Wallace, 74, of the Montgomery Volunteer Fire Department on February 3, 2015.

Wallace died from injuries sustained when he was struck by a vehicle on January 10th while directing traffic in front of the fire station as apparatus were leaving for a response call.
