Paul Conway Fire Announces Addition Of Sales Director

New Berlin, WI: With the company’s decision to add dedicated representatives to support their growth and expansion into new states, Paul Conway Fire has promoted Lee Kasten to Sales Director. Lee previously served as Sales Representative for the Northeast Wisconsin territory and has been with the company for 9 years.

“As we continue to build our sales team to better serve departments’ needs, Lee will play an integral role in ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of service from our reps that they deserve,” Tom Martin, VP of Operations announced.

Lee has a true understanding of the industry, as a second generation firefighter. His father (now retired) served as Battalion Chief for the Appleton (WI) Fire Department and his brother is currently a driver there. While working as a Lieutenant and enjoying 14 years of serving at the same department as his family, he looks forward to the new opportunities that the role of Sales Director will bring. He is excited about having the ability to help make a difference in providing only the best in products and services to his fellow brothers and sisters.
