FirefighterAwardsGifts.com Exhibits at Fire-Rescue East in Daytona Beach, Florida

Laconia, NH — FirefighterAwardsGifts.com recently exhibited its products at Fire-Rescue East, the largest fire and emergency services trade show in the southeast. Sponsored by the Florida Fire & Emergency Services Foundation, Fire-Rescue East was held at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Florida on January 21 & 22.

FirefighterAwardsGifts.com is a division of Engraving, Awards & Gifts of Laconia, and provides premium quality engraved ceremonial firefighter axes and awards to fire departments across the nation.

Firefighters, first responders, emergency medical technicians and their families converged on the Daytona Beach Ocean Center for conferences, exhibits and socializing with fellow first responders and industry suppliers. For Laconia-based exhibitor FirefighterAwardsGifts.com, this marked the first time the company has attended a firefighter trade show outside of New England since its launch in 2009.

Company representatives Bob Powers and Peggy Curtis managed the booth and greeted a steady stream of firefighters representing departments from across Florida and the Southeast. On display were large and small ceremonial firefighter axes in brass and chrome finish, as well as a newly designed booth backdrop created for the event.

Attendees filled out an entry form and were entered into a prize drawing for a fully personalized, 36” ceremonial fire axe and display plaque valued at over $600. The grand prize winner was Brian Stoothoff of Ocala, Florida. John is a 29 year veteran of the Ocala Fire Department.

In March, FirefighterAwardsGifts.com will be traveling to Indianapolis, Indiana to exhibit at the Fire Department Instructors Conference (FDIC), the largest firefighter training conference and exhibition in North America.
