Code3Simulator Version 2.2 Released

Corvallis, OR — Coelo Company of Design announces the release of Code3Simulator Version 2.2 predictive modeling software for fire/EMS planners.

Code3Simulator v2.2 replays incident history to predict the effects of resource strategies on response times, workloads, mileage and other metrics. Users can model different deployment strategies (including flex staffing and peak activity units), alternate station locations, response districts and dispatch policies.

Code3Simulator aims to distinguish itself from other analytics software by its ease of use, the completeness of its modeling environment, and by providing truly predictive assessments of strategies along with quantitative measures of the predictions’ accuracy.

Corvallis Fire Chief Roy Emery says, “Code3Simulator has proved invaluable in helping us to very quickly communicate complicated information regarding response times in an easily understood format to elected leaders.” Departments in Corvallis and Eugene-Springfield, Oregon have been using Code3Simulator since 2011 to optimize resources, balance workloads, and avoid harmful cuts.
