If you’re still considering whether or not to apply for an AFG grant, check out the accomplishments of previous AFG grantees for inspiration! In 2010, over 2,900 grants were awarded across the U.S. and its territories to help ensure firefighters and first responders have the essentials they need to be safe and effective on the job. If your organization could benefit from basic inputs to ensure personnel and public safety – equipment, training, wellness and fitness programming or facilities modifications – then follow the example of previous grantees and apply for AFG funding.
