Third Assistant Fire Chief Tyler Kerstetter walks around the West Hanover Township Volunteer Fire Company’s Enforcer™ Pumper Tanker. Serving an area of 23 square miles, this apparatus is equipped with an 1,800-gallon water tank and 1,750 GPM pump. Due to low visibility in the Harrisburg, PA area and interstate emergency response calls, additional scene lighting was added. Dump shoots on all three sides of the truck allow the water tank to be emptied within a short amount of time.
