NORTH COVENTRY TOWNSHIP, Pennsylvania – A multiple alarm fire on Thursday evening destroyed an apartment building in Chester County, Pennsylvania.

WPVI reports that the fire at the Ashwood Apartments in the 700 block of Worth Boulevard in North Coventry Township began at approximately 7:20 p.m.

At least four people suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Chester County officials said over 100 occupants were displaced by the blaze.

Witnesses said the fire began on top floor and quickly spread along the roofline.

WPVI stated that firefighters had water pressure issues during the fire.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
