Rescues at Ferguson, MO Apartment Fire

Five people rescued in apartment fire

Brandon Reppert – On 4/9/2020 at 2:05 PM, Ferguson Crews assisted Northeast Fire and Ambulance with a First alarm apartment fire. Upon crews arrival they found heavy smoke and fire with occupants trapped.

Firefighters immediately started searching and assisting victims by deploying ladders to the second and third floor. A second alarm was then called to assist the Departments on scene.

While victims were being rescued the fire was being knocked down. Crews worked tirelessly to save all victims and extinguish the fire quickly.

In total 5 victims were rescued.

Berkeley Fire Department, University City Fire Department, Riverview Fire Protection District, Metro-North Fire Protection District, Mid County Fire Protection District, Community Fire Protection District, Clayton Fire Department, St.Louis City Fire Department, Abbot Ambulance Company, St.Louis County Police Department and Central County Emergency 911
