- In Ks it is the lack of people who will give up there time to help its more demanding than most people want .Work your regular job all week plus be on call for Ems and be there for a fire run. But i Luv it Most can't handle it

- helping the people of our small county. Turns a normal boring day into somthing wild and crazy
