Hey Jen! Paramedics rule!! I wish you the very best of luck with your choice of career! I am a paramedic from Montreal, Canada and have been at it for 23 years...every day is still adrenalin filled! Any chance of working out a patch swap? Stay safe out there!

Hey anything to do with this business I am in, if that means helping the making of a new great EMT/Medic I am all up for it. I have kept all my books and stuff from EMT because I try to keep up on the basics even though I'm in medic school because it all comes down to the basics of life support, Paramedics can just add onto the basics. Like I said your like a half hour from me I just live right across 255 bridge. That is messed up your parents don't support it. I hear you though there is a guy in my Paramedic class who said his parents were the same way. They paid for him to go to private school all his life and said this career was not "prestige enough" for him. I'm not sure whats not so prestige about saving lives and helping people all while doing something you love but thats some parents for you huh. Anyways, I'm at the firehouse and dinner ain't fixin itself so I'ma get off here. Ttyl hun
