i have been a junior firefighter for around one year, i am the president of the board. i joined the dept. because my dad has been a firefighter for around 12 years, and the chief wanted me to join.

Top Issues Facing Responders:
finding people who are willing to be a firefghter that will stick with it when times get tough. giving appropriate training to the members of the departments.
