We are being called to handle more and more of every part of an emergency situation other than just put the wet stuff on the red stuff. We are having to add many hats and certifications to keep up with the demands of our career in order to stay in the game, but no one wants to pay us what we are truly worth.

Don't know how far away from the Houston area you are, but Cypress Creek EMS puts on a great Tac Med class. Most of their instructors have been to CONTOMS and are all very knowledgable. Check out their website for more info.
