Why I Joined the Fire/EMS:: It's in my blood, third Generation, Plus it's fun.

Primary Fire/EMS Department:: South Schenectady Fire Department, Rotterdam, NY

Department Type:: Fire/Rescue Department - Volunteer, Military/Federal Response Agency

Other Past or Current Departments:: I started being involed, about the age of 9, Then upon turning 14 I joined the Explorer Post of my current station. In 2004 I became a full memeber of South schenectady Fire company, Which houses 1 engine company, 1 Engine/Tanker, 1 Medium/heavy rescue, 1 Truck Company, and 2 brush rigs.

About Me:: I'm a 21 year old Vol. firefighter, 3 generation, I'm also a National Guardsman, with the New York national Guard, As a Helicopter Powerplant Mechanic, and hopefully sometime soon, to be a Helitack Crew member for the forrest Service.
