- The obstacles faced by Volunteers today to maintain the appropriate level of training and still have a life with their families. That the level of care that the community has come to expect is not undermined by the politics of others that don't care.
- I Love Being in Fire/EMS Because:
- The little hand that reaches up to me and just the touch says help me stop crying, the elderly that reaches out and says help me on my way , and the hand of those everyday that reach out and say Thanks for all the help
