Hey Bob. I am going to mirror some of what Art has stated. A lot of times in the case of "whacker pyro's" they travel in small packs. (usually 2-3 people) the one arrest is scaring the hell out of the brethren of the arsonist you have locked up, and to try and clear the name of the person in custody, be prepared for more arson fires, and potentially with a greater frequency. Good luck
