When they realize that the departments all are defunct in their own ways because the expenses are increasing and the tax basis is being crippled by the recession (and you just can't afford new equipment at the rate we need it) are they essentially going to shut the departments down? It would make perfect sense to take these surveys and be able to put forth a list of equipment that is old out of date etc and to create a new grant process to upgrade the equipment. Will it happen, no. Wishful thinking never hurts.

We are considering both retirement and/or incentives. I need as much info on retirement programs for volunteers to submit a proposal to our Board for consideration.
