Why I Joined the Fire/EMS:: I started out as a volunteer firefighter and slowly got interested in EMS. I am now going on my 5th year as a medic and I can't imagine doing anything else. I am currently deciding which career path to take, rejoin the fire service or become a flight medic....either way I am sure it will be great.

Other Past or Current Departments:: I was a volunteer with Taylor Township Fire Department from 1998 until 2003. I miss it!

My Training:: I am a Nationally Registered Paramedic and an EMS Primary Instructor. I also am an ACLS, PALS, BLS and PEPP Instructor. I am Training Center Faculty for BLS here at Howard. Also, I am NRP, Safety Officer, HazMat and 24 hour Firefighter certified.
