- Why I Joined the Fire/EMS:
- I lost my Mother and Grandmother in a fire, about 18 moths later, while training for a Triathalon I was struck by a car on the highway seven miles into the 50 mile bike ride. I went PNB, had CPR and Defib performed by local Fire Department.

why Thank you We didnt really have a choice in the name thing firefighters just started calling us Angels and it stuck we are going on our 4th year. Detroit has the best men and women doing the job no one else wanted.
