I lost my uncle during 9/11 and ever since then it's been a dream of mine to serve in alongside my brothers who fight with the worlds best, FDNY.

My name is David Schneider, and currently live in Bobcaygeon, ON. Thanks to my parents being Americans I am able to join and fight with FDNY... My childhood dream come true. I play competetive baseball and currently awaiting my second MLB camp this summer.

Been good. Hows the FDNY thing going. Can't wait to hear the stories. I have had several working fires this summer pulled one of my buddies out of a burning porch he fell through on one of them. He got a little burnt but not to bad.

No more leather in FDNY....they provide FF w/ a Ben II Plus by Morning Pride....Plastic type helmet.....older guys may have an issued leather....some guys may buy their own as well.
