I actually just started the same discussion in another group 'SWFL Firefighters'; don't quite know yet for sure. I think our new station is definitely on hold for another year or so, though... :(

Amendment 1 has moved the fire service back at least 10 years way togo Charlie Crist I want my vote back.

Sorry for not getting back sooner, my wife and I just had our first child Wyatt in March and the months before and April have been busy to say the least. Life in our house is just getting back to some what routine. So far for my department we have cut FF position that were to be filled and cut 1 chiefs position. I have been off since March 3 and dont go back till April 23 so I have kinda been out of the loop as to what else is happening
