I was an Army MP for 8 years, but if you want to go Ranger, you probably should go 11B (Infantry). Hooah! Stay safe Brother!

nathan rotc is a great program however all the rotc trained officers that i dealt with seem to not be as as knowledgeable as ocs candidate officers at the time of my discharge i was an E6(sstg) and had the chance to deal with a few from each path in my opinion ocs

Congrats! My LT is heading to ranger school in a couple weeks. He's Infantry. If you're thinking of being an officer, you may want to look accelerated. My sister and my brother-in-law are both Lieutenants and went to Marion Military Institute in Marion, Alabama. It's Accelerated ROTC. Basically, you go to college there for two years and get your commission. Then you're on to another university of your choice to finish off your four-year degree while you serve in the Guard or Reserve. Finish school, then you can go active. My Brother in Law is in Iraq with the 82nd right now, and my sister is in flight school at Ft. Rucker learning to fly Apaches.
Anyway, just something to keep in mind, not a lot of people know about that program. Good luck!
