MyFoxPhilly - A scheme to make some quick cash is leaving Mount Laurel residents in jeopardy.   Thieves are stealing fire hydrants and cashing in on the price of high metal. Police say they want to crack down on metal theft.   One scrap yard owner says the way to do this is to send them crime reports, especially for something like a missing hydrant that is creating a major danger. A hydrant in one neighborhood has been missing for at least two weeks.   We're still waiting to hear from city officials and the fire chief about when it will be replaced. Fox 29's Omari Fleming reports.
