One Person Dead, Another Injured in Memphis Vacant House Fire

Two people found inside vacant Memphis home highlights neighborhood problem.

MEMPHIS (WMC-TV) - A fast moving fire Tuesday morning took the life of a Memphis woman and injured a man and now some people say a persistent neighborhood problem may have played a role in the fire. Medics wheeled a 50-year-old man into an ambulance Monday morning in the 2400 block of Dexter Ave. Fortunately, while he had some minor burns, he was alert and awake as he was taken to the hospital.
