VOORHEES, N.J. (MyFoxPhilly) - Two months ago, FOX 29 reported on a defibrillator problem at the Voorhees Township Fire Department. Due to broken AEDs, some of the fire trucks didn't have the life-saving equipment on board. Volunteer Firefighter Mark Ressa contacted FOX 29 for help. After our story aired, a number of organizations came forward saying they were trying to raise the $2,000 needed to buy an AED and donate it to the fire department. Also, Mark Ressa lost his job.
