Five-story Kensington structure is slowly crumbling away.

PHILADELPHIA (MyFoxPhilly) - A dangerous building at the intersection of Somerset and Ruth in Philadelphia’s Kensington section has bricks crashing onto people passing by. Neighbors came to Fox29 for help! City officials reacting quickly after neighbors called us and we called the city about a five story building that folks around here say is an accident waiting to happen.
