STATEN ISLAND (SILive.com) - Former Navy Seal and director of Carry the Load Inc., Coleman Ruiz, visits FDNY Rescue 5 during his march from West Point to Dallas to bring attention to Memorial Day. Ruiz carries the badge of Rescue 5's Lieutenant Harvey Harrell who died on September 11th, 2001.
