Five Maryland Firefighters Injured During Apartment Fire

Four suffered minor burn injuries at Temple Hills fire

TEMPLE HILLS, Md. (WUSA) - Four firefighters suffered minor burn injuries and a fifth went to the hospital with exhaustion after battling an apartment fire in Temple Hills on Thursday night. The fire, at a three-story garden style apartment at 3317 Huntley Square Dr., started on the terrace level. Four occupants were trapped above the fire but all were rescued. Firefighters remain on the scene. The cause of the fire has not been determined.
